Listings must be accurate and legally available. Hosts must honor confirmed bookings and comply with landlord-tenant laws.
All stays are 31+ days minimum. No subletting. Renters are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
ProKribs charges a 5% platform fee deducted from host payouts. First month collected at booking. Payments via Stripe.
No false information, circumventing the platform, harassment, or illegal activity.
These terms are governed by Nevada law. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Clark County, NV.
