Rental Agreement

These are standard ProKribs lease terms. Your actual agreement is customized per booking and signed digitally through the platform.

1. Minimum Stay

All ProKribs rentals have a minimum stay of 31 consecutive days, qualifying as long-term residential tenancies.

2. Rent & Payment

First month due at booking confirmation. Subsequent payments auto-processed monthly via Stripe on the same calendar day.

3. Renter Obligations

• Pay rent on time
• Residential use only — no subletting
• Maintain property in good condition
• Report maintenance issues promptly
• Comply with all HOA and community rules

4. Host Obligations

• Provide property in habitable condition
• Maintain all listed amenities
• 24-hour notice before entry (except emergencies)
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly

5. Security Deposit

May be required per booking. Returned within 21 days of move-out less documented damages.

6. Early Termination

Requires 30 days written notice through the platform. Early termination fees may apply.

7. Disputes

Report to ProKribs support first. Unresolved disputes via binding arbitration in Clark County, NV.
